Ford Averages over 100 F-150 Pickups Sold per Hour, 24/7
The Ford F-150 is a big deal. So big that if it were its own brand, it would be bigger than McDonald's, according to Automotive News. It would also be bigger than 3M, you know, “the multinational conglomerate operating in the fields of industry, worker safety, U.S. health care and consumer goods.” When a new F-150 comes out, like we’ll see this later week, it’s an even bigger deal. For 2018, the average transaction price, according to Kelley Blue Book, for an F-150 was $47,174. Also in 2018, Ford moved more than 909,000 versions of the pickup. That’s almost $43 billion in truck revenue alone....
